Hello my dear fiends!
I can’t believe its finally September! I did so much during the month of August I feel like its taken decades for this month to end. Despite my business, I was actually very productive as a reader during the month of August! I beat my all time record and read 20 books this month, it should be noted 2 were graphic novels and 1 was a novella. Either way I’m very proud of how much book related stuff I did this month, so I’m gonna talk about all the books I read this month. Also on a blog related note I finally had time to create better graphics so thanks for bearing with me!
2 Star Reads
Both of these stories had very interesting premises but their plots were explained poorly and left me with more questions then a reader should have while reading.
3 Star Reads
These were all amusing books to read but each add a specific “hmmm” factor that made me hesitate to add the fourth star.
4 Star Reads
I was pleasantly surprised by all the four star books I read! Each one had their own special niche that entertained me. A majority were the first book in a series, so I’m excited to read more from these authors in the future.
5 Star Reads
All of these books earned their place as 5 star books by being incredible in their own way. Now Bronx Masquerade and The Queen of Attolia were re-reads but it’s honestly rare for me to give older books the same rating when I read them again. The rest had incredible themes and plots that motivated me to keep reading instead of doing anything productive like homework or sleeping. I would highly recommend these books to anyone I passed by on the street.
